Together, we browse and review listings, attend open houses, and arrange showings to narrow down properties of interest in the desired neighborhood. I network with agents globally to uncover new and off-market properties that best suit your requirements. Did you know that our website is connected to a search engine? Click the drop-down menu located at the top right button and select “My Search Portal”. You can create your own login to customize your search.
Part of my best-in-class service is to prepare an offer on the property you’ve selected. We take extra care in reviewing all documents and more importantly highlight your strength as a buyer. We negotiate to optimize price, terms, handle objections and accept/counter offer to protect your interest as a buyer.
Upon acceptance of your offer, we execute the agreement and meet deadlines to fulfill all conditions (if any). This is a critical step in the process where we take extra caution and conduct our due diligence on all terms and conditions like property inspection and financing and provide a list of tried-and-true venders. I will conduct a buyer’s visit to do a final walk-through prior to closing.
On closing day, we finalize all legal documents including confirmation from your mortgage broker and the title company to transfer title from seller over to you. Once written confirmation is received, you obtain your keys, celebrate, and I welcome you to your dream home!
