Natalie was a dream throughout this entire process! I knew what I wanted going into this and she helped me find it so quickly! The negotiation was difficult as the seller lived in a different country. Who knew time zone differences would be such a pain and slow it down. Natalie was able to not only get this done for me, but she also kept me sane in the process! She always had my back and fought very hard for me with negotiations. It seems like we had every possible issue during this (of course, none of those were on us). Who knew a utility encroachment from 30 years ago would cause a major delay! Natalie did everything in her power to keep this house mine and make sure we got around the hurdles that were thrown at us. She stayed on top of everything! My boyfriend and I were new to the home buying world. We had been lifelong renters and when we dived into the realm of buying, we were a little scared.
